Which Information We May Collect on Our Users?

The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-personal Information. For avoidance of doubt, the Company may transfer and disclose Non-personal Information to third parties at its own discretion.

Deletion or Modification of Personal Information

If for any reason you wish to delete or modify your Personal Information you can do so by sending us a message and we will make reasonable efforts to modify or delete any such Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws. Note that unless you instruct us otherwise we may retain and use your Personal Information (even after the termination of your Account, if any), for as long as reasonably required for the purposes of which such Personal Information was collected, including without limitation, to comply with our legal or business requirements or obligations, to resolve disputes, and/or to enforce our Terms, all as permitted under any applicable privacy laws.

 

Aggregate and/or anonymous information derived from the use of the Service may remain on our servers indefinitely.

Processing by Online Payment Processors

As detailed in our TOU, Online Payment Processors will process your payment information. Their terms of use and privacy policies, not ours, govern your use of their services and should provide details about information they collect about you. It is your responsibility to abide by all the terms specified by these Online Payment Processors (including without limitation, any age restrictions or limitations with respect to payments) and your use of such services is at your own risk.

As detailed in our TOU, certain links provided herein permit our Users to leave the Website and enter third party sites or services. These linked sites and services are not under our control. Most of such linked sites and services provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policy, governing the use thereof. It is always advisable to read such documents carefully before using those sites and services, inter alia, in order to know what kind of information they are collecting.

You hereby agree that we may use the contact details you provided us with (including, without limitation, e-mail address) for the purpose of providing you commercial and/or non-commercial materials related to our current and/or future products materials and services, in connection with marketing materials and in order to inform you regarding competitions we may hold.

 

You may withdraw your consent by sending a written notice to the Company’s e-mail address which appears in the Website or alternatively follow the instructions for removing yourself from the mailing list which are available in the message transmitted to you.

Section 14 of our TOU applies to changes in the TOU and/or our Privacy Policy.
