TrustBlock Ltd. offers its products with the terms, conditions and notices as follows. The following terms and conditions apply to all sales and uses. Please review them carefully. These terms and conditions include limited warranties and disclaimers of liabilities. Keeping, using or allowing use of TrustBlock Ltd.’s products indicates your agreement to these terms.

Terms of Use
This product is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Exclusive Obligation
This product has been designed for a variety of uses, but was neither designed nor manufactured as a product for any unlawful or illegitimate purposes. This product may not be used for any unlawful or illegitimate purposes, and these uses is expressly prohibited under the terms and conditions of its use. The product serves as a physical wallet safe for storing credentials (the “Contents“)
Use Limitation
Except as explicitly permitted herein or under any other agreement between you and TrustBlock Ltd., You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell, any information, software, products or services obtained, from TrustBlock Ltd.’s products, without TrustBlock Ltd.’s prior consent.
Limited Replacement Warranty
To the extent permitted under applicable law, this product is warranted against any manufactured defect for a period of 14 days from date of delivery, or a longer period pursuant to applicable law.
High Risk Activity
Products sold by TrustBlock ltd. include equipment used for storing private keys and passwords for cryptocurrencies use. Purchaser acknowledges that activities with cryptocurrencies are associated with a high level of risk. Purchaser further acknowledge that engaging with such activity is reserved only for sophisticated and experienced in business and financial matters who are able to evaluate the risks and merits of dealing with cryptocurrencies, and are able to bear the risks associated therewith. Such risks include, but are not limited to, risks associated with (a) decentralization of the cryptocurrencies; (b) money laundering; (c) fraud; (d) high volatility; (e) anonymity of transactions; (f) exploitation for illegal purposes; (g) theft; (h) instability and other flaws of cryptocurrencies exchanges or brokers/custodians; (i) the lack of regulation of cryptocurrencies as of the date hereof. The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the software and hardware, technology and technical concepts and theories usually used in relation with the products and with cryptocurrencies and others is still in an early development stage and unproven, there is no warranty that the technology will be uninterrupted or error-free and there is an inherent risk that the technology could contain weaknesses, vulnerabilities or bugs causing, inter alia, the complete loss of the cryptocurrencies stored in the Purchaser’s e-wallet accounts. The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the cryptocurrencies are usually accessed using a private key that corresponds to the address at which it is stored. The Purchaser understands and accepts that if the “mnemonic seed phrases” used to create the address and corresponding private key got lost or stolen, the obtained cryptocurrencies associated with the Purchaser’s address might be unrecoverable and will be permanently lost. The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the underlying software application and software platform of the products, the internet, the blockchain network, the e-wallets, and other involved software, technology components and/or platforms concerned with the cryptocurrencies, may be exposed to attacks by hackers or other individuals that could result in theft or loss of the cryptocurrencies. The Purchaser further agrees and acknowledges that TrustBlock is currently not affiliated with any of the e-wallet providers, as each is an independent contractor, and n neither is the agent or employee of the other, and neither is responsible in any way for the actions or performance (or lack thereof) of the other. The use of the e-wallets with passwords stored on the products is at the Purchaser’s discretion and sole liability and risk. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to abide by all the terms specified by the applicable e-wallet provider in its terms of use and privacy policies. The Purchaser acknowledges that it is fully assuming all risks of conducting any transactions via the applicable e-wallet.
Limitation of Liability
As set forth above under the limited warranty provisions, TrustBlock Ltd. liability is limited to repair or replacement of its products which are returned to it in the specified period of time. In no event shall TrustBlock Ltd. liability exceed the value of the product(s) sold. In no event shall TrustBlock Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any of its products.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TRUSTBLOCK BE REQUIRED TO DELIVER TO PURCHASER ANY VIRTUAL CURRENCY AS DAMAGES, MAKE SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE OR ANY OTHER REMEDY.
TRUSTBLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY (A) THE MALFUNCTION, UNEXPECTED FUNCTION OR UNINTENDED FUNCTION OF ANY COMPUTER OR CRYPTOCURRENCY NETWORK, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSSES ASSOCIATED WITH NETWORK FORKS, REPLAY ATTACKS, DOUBLE-SPEND ATTACKS, SYBIL ATTACKS, 51% ATTACKS, GOVERNANCE DISPUTES, MINING DIFFICULTY, CHANGES IN CRYPTOGRAPHY OR CONSENSUS RULES, HACKING OR CYBERSECURITY BREACHES; (B) THE CHANGE IN VALUE OF ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY; (C) ANY CHANGE IN LAW, REGULATION OR POLICY, OR (D) FORCE MAJEURE. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS INTENDED TO APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN BREACHED OR HAVE PROVEN INEFFECTIVE.
THE CONTENTS THAT YOU DEPOSITS IN THE PRODUCT ARE NOT INSURED BY TRUSTBLOCK OR BY ANY PRIVATE OR GOVERNMENT INSURANCE PROGRAM. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE THE CONTENTS INSURED, YOU UNDERSTAND YOU MUST ARRANGE FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE.
TRUSTBLOCK HAS NO CONTROL OR POSSESSION OVER THE CONTENTS STORED IN THE PRODUCT.
PURCHASER SHALL HOLD US HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY US FOR ALL COSTS, PAYMENTS, DAMAGES AND EXPENSES INCURRED BY US FOR ANY REASON AS A RESULT OF ANY CLAIM, LAWSUIT OR OTHER ACTION RELATED TO: (1) THE CONTENTS OF THE PRODUCT, (2) THE PAYMENT OF ANY TAX OR OTHER FEE OR PENALTY IMPOSED BY FEDERAL OR STATE LAW, AND (3) FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Warning
Use and misuse of products sold by TrustBlock Ltd. involves serious risks including the risk listed under section High Risk Activity above. Purchasers assume all risks.
Inspect Before Each Use
This product must be inspected for use to ensure it has not been damaged in shipment. If damaged, do not use and immediately return the product to TrustBlock Ltd. for a replacement.
Hazardous Materials
TRUSTBLOCK SILVER CASE IS CAST USING STERLING SILVER 925 AND THE PHYSICAL UNIT IS STAINLESS STEEL GRADE UNS S43000. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER TO BE AWARE OF ANY ALLERGIES HE OR SHE MAY HAVE TO SILVER AND STAINLESS STEEL PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE. BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO KNOW THE MEDICAL HISTORY OF THE PURCHASER, TRUSTBLOCK WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF USING THE PRODUCT.
Entire Obligation
The PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER document states the entire obligation of TrustBlock Ltd. with respect to the products. If any part of this disclaimer is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Applicable Law
Your order from TrustBlock Ltd., and this disclaimer statement are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the applicable Courts of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this product. Use of this product is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
TrustBlock Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which it’s products are offered.
